I love crazy hair color trends, and the best way for me to let my steam off is gifting my hair with some new, intensive shade. It turns out that I’m not the only one who has developed this weird habit. Contrary to what most people think, wacky hair styling is trendy and this is plain to see while looking at all the photos of young women posted on social media. For example, Instagram is just flooded with hair inspirations!
Today’s topic: tangerine hair trend!
Tangerine Hair – sorbet-like hair coloring
This subheading should give enough information but I’m going to explain this technique to you anyway. In recent weeks tangerine hair is one of the most fashionable coloring trends where it’s an intensive color that counts most.
The most popular hair colors are:
- sweet pink,
- orange,
- apricot,
- lemon,
- sometimes lime.
All the shades that are chosen for this hair makeover are, obviously, the ones that we can spot in a fruit sorbet. They have to be vivid, sweet and very fruity. Tangerine hair technique requires saturated hues and the exact imitation of the colors that the frozen desserts have.
For the brave only!
Tangerine hair trend is a hair coloring method that depends on applying dyes of intensive, fruity colors, which can be done in a few ways.
- Application of one color only that gets less saturated at the hair ends (ombre/sombre) or more rainbowish version that requires combining a few contrasting colors.
- Tangerine hair can be permanent (dye), temporary for example for holiday getaway (tint), or just until the next hair washing (colorizing spray).
The most important though is that no matter of the chosen method or the color version, you have to be brave enough to wear such a hairdo. If you are rather reserved, you’ll probably feel uncomfortable with your hair being so vivid. For me, tangerine hair trend is a perfect solution, fashionable and interesting, because I love dying my hair and wear unusual colors.
Dear Readers, if you are going to have tangerine hair done, you need to know that it’s better to pay more and visit a professional who knows the craft. Just a random hairdresser may destroy your hair and all you obtain is the effect that can be politely described as far from being satisfactory.
