ranking Cluster Lashes From At-Home Lash Extensions Kits

To give my eyes more depth, I often apply false cluster lashes. It takes me quite a long time to apply the regular ones, so I thought of switching to DIY lash extensions. From what I’ve seen from the reviews, they are much faster to apply. You can easily buy them along with the other products necessary for applying them. Which at-home eyelash extension kit worked best for me, and what are my impressions of the method itself? Check out the ranking of 5 products from top brands.

DIY eyelash extension kit – what should it contain?

You can buy more than one professional lash extension kit online. I’ll admit that at first, I had quite a problem with which one to choose. In the end, I decided to test a few of them so that I could share my impressions with you. Cluster lashes applied underneath the natural ones are offered by most established makeup brands. I tested the most popular ones with good reviews.

A DIY eyelash extension kit should include the clusters and special formulas. I am referring to a bonder and a sealer. It is important that the kit should also include an applicator. Preferably one that is well-shaped.

From what I managed to read, in order to make it easier to remove the lashes later, it is worth choosing sets that also include a remover. One example is the lash extensions starter kit from Nanolash – DIY Eyelash Extensions Starter Kit. Unfortunately, as far as I’ve noticed, the remover is included in very few kits, even though I’ve researched only the brands that are highly regarded.

Lash extensions starter kit – top 5 products!

In addition to the previously mentioned eyelash kit from Nanolash, I tested 4 others. I wanted my opinion on the DIY extensions and the products themselves to be as reliable as possible. While testing, I considered everything included in the kits, how long it takes to apply the cluster lashes, and whether it’s easy, as well as the results they produce. Now I want to share my findings with you.

1. Nanolash DIY Eyelash Extensions Starter Kit

nanolash Cluster lashes for self application (DIY) - starter kit

Due to the fact that this was my first time with DIY lash extensions, I chose the starter lash extensions kit, which includes the cluster lashes and all the products required for styling the eyelashes for the first fire. The product in question is the Nanolash DIY Eyelash Extensions Starter Kit. This kit contains 36cluster lashes in three different lengths – 10, 12, and 14 mm, a bonder and a sealer (2x5ml), an applicator, and a remover (5 ml).

As soon as I opened the box, I noticed that everything was nicely organized and labeled inside, which made it much easier for me to prepare for the extensions. The clusters included in the Nanolash DIY Eyelash Extensions Starter Kit are very soft, which made it easier for me to apply them to my natural lashes. Another advantage of the kit was that I didn’t have to reach for another pair of tweezers. The included applicator felt comfortable enough in my hand, which meant that I could operate it with precision.

It took me 10 minutes to apply these lashes, so I was very satisfied in that respect. The whole kit was enough for 4 applications, and each time I managed to do apply the lashes in a surprisingly short time. Another advantage is that the Nanolash DIY Eyelash Extensions Starter Kit is available with cluster lashes in eight styles. I chose to go with DIVINE. The lash look lasted more than a week. Another big plus for Nanolash.

2. KISS Falscara Starter Kit

Falscara Starter Kit is a suggestion from the KISS brand. What strikes you at first glance is that the second kit of my choice contains only 10 cluster lashes. Moreover, it comes with only two products – BOND applied to the lashes before putting on the clusters, and SEAL, which is used for fixing the ready look.

The price of this set is similar to the previous one, which makes it considerably excessive. However, the manufacturer assures that the brand’s lashes can be worn continuously for 10 days, and they can be reused and up to 3 times. However, there is one condition. For this purpose, you need to protect them overnight using OVERNIGHTER Long Wear Sealer every day. The lash extension starter kit does not include it, which translates into extra expense. The kit also does not include a remover.

As for the quality of the cluster lashes, it is very good. As a result, I liked the effect and would have loved to wear them longer, but I didn’t buy the additional product, which made the lashes last only a few days.

3. Lashify Starter Kit

Another kit that contains just 10 cluster lashes is the starter kit from Lashify. Unfortunately, you have to pay much more for products from this brand than the others included in my ranking. Nonetheless, I decided it was worth testing it, as it had some good reviews, and besides, I wanted to see how a high-end lash extension kit would differ from the others.

Lashify provides everything you need to create a complete lash look. I have to say that you can tell by looking at each product, as well as the packaging itself, that they are of high quality. The cluster lashes are very soft. From what I’ve seen in the reviews, some users compare them to natural eyelashes. After applying them, I couldn’t distinguish which lashes were mine at all, and which were teh false ones. The effect was beautiful, and the application itself was completely effortless.

Despite the fact that the kit includes all the necessary products in addition to the clusters, and their quality is very high, I think it comes at a exorbitant price. Especially, considering that I used up all the lash clusters for one application.

4. Tatti Lashes Invisi-Lash Kit

I also had very high expectations from the kit from the kit from Tatti Lashes. It was available with cluster lashes on a clear or a black strip that I chose. In addition, when purchasing from Tatti Lashes, there is an option to choose from 7 lash styles. The Invisi-Lash Kit additionally includes two formulas – Invisi-Lash Bond and Seal Glue. The whole kit is completed with an applicator and a small brush.

I was able to apply both the glue and the lashes quite efficiently. Probably, this was due to a new formula. From what I read on the manufacturer’s website, the lashes should have stayed on my eyelids for up to a week. In my case, however, it was definitely shorter. The fact that the set is large is certainly a huge advantage, which meant that I managed to create as many as 7 lash looks with it.

5. Glamnetic Lash Extension Kit

The last lash kit I checked out was a product from Glamnetic. The Lash Extension Kit certainly impressed me with the fact that in addition to the cluster lashes, it included Bonder, Sealer, Remover, and an applicator. What’s more, the lashes came in a variety of styles to choose from.

According to the information I found, the clusters from the Glamnetic starter kit should last 5 days on my eyes. However, I wasn’t too happy with the results produced, which made me take them off sooner. What exactly was wrong with it for me? The lashes don’t look as aesthetically pleasing as in the case of the other sets, and I felt quite fake.

Which cluster lashes from the tested kits impressed me the most?

Since there were quite a few products, and some lashes held up really well, the tests took me quite a long time. However, thanks to this experiment, I know that the very method of applying the cluster lashes underneath is the best option for me. Also, for the future, I will no longer have any doubts about which lash extension kit to choose for home use. It will be the DIY Eyelash Extensions Starter Kit by Nanolash.

As for the rest of the kits, my impressions were mixed. If the clusters were nice and durable, the price of the kit made me dizzy. For this reason, I personally recommend the Nanolash DIY Eyelash Extensions Starter Kit, which features a perfect value for money.
